**Role Summary:**

The Senior Business Process Improvement Leader will lead a team of project managers responsible for GE Transportation's Enterprise Quality System Solution, Reliance. This position is responsible for analyzing business problems and creating a product backlog to deliver outcomes including, but not limited to cost of quality, process excellence and tools that enable analytics use cases. These business outcomes will be achieved by collaborating closely with various functions across the business.


**Essential Responsibilities:**

In addition, you will:


+ Grow talent depth and breadth in alignment with organizational needs

+ Demonstrate the ability to quickly, effectively, and accurately use data mining / analysis techniques to determine project benefits

+ Build a pipeline of Reliance projects to deliver year over year operational improvements

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business problems and effectively allocate resources to deliver the outcomes

+ Partner with the Digital Technology team to define the Reliance platform strategy

+ Attain deep domain expertise of GE's Order to Remittance (OTR) processes

+ Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments across various levels within the organization


**Qualifications/Requirements:**


+ Bachelor's or Masters' Degree from an accredited university

+ Minimum of 4 years of project management experience

+ Willingness and ability to travel ~10% of the time

+ Influential leadership with the ability to partner, inspire, and build consensus

+ Creative problem solver; demonstrated ability to plan and execute highly visible, cross business initiatives

+ Experience with Reliance application development

+ Proven ability to execute high-profile projects and to provide thought leadership

+ Track record of evangelizing new process improvements and driving innovative solutions

+ Proven success at working globally in a matrixed organization

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation

+ Proficient in teaching, coaching and mentoring teams
