*Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for the role of /Change Manager / Risk Manager/, in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Information Technology (IT) program.*
The Army Corps of Engineers - Information Technology (ACE-IT) provides secure enterprise-wide IT and information management support services to more than 37,000 USACE end users located throughout the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS). ACE-IT is the enterprise IT service delivery team for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, supporting mission requirements using a site-specific support model aligned along the USACE Regional Business Centers.
ACE-IT provides direct on-site command and control, coordination, planning, and operations and maintenance support for routine and emergency IT services. Leidos is actively seeking personnel to support USACE headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Vicksburg, MS; Huntsville, AL; and Hillsboro, OR; across other USACE locations; and virtual positions.
The Change Manager / Risk Manager, will serve as the Risk Manager for the program and is responsible for overseeing the program risk management process. This includes the identification, documentation, classification, and tracking of risks and risk mitigations across the life of the program through the risk register. The position is responsible for coordinating across the program team to ensure risks are proactively identified and that plans are put in place to adequately deal with risk if they materialize. The position facilitate analysis of risks using statistical analysis and risk modeling to accurately determine the probability of risk occurrence and the potential impact. Additionally, the position is responsible for facilitating and managing the customers Change Manage (ChgM) process focusing on making sure that the customer's IT needs are met quickly and effectively. Leads, coordinates, and tracks all change activities in existing operations and new implementations as part of the program while evaluating impacts and risks to the customer and business mission. The Change/Risk Manager will be responsible for all CM across multiple data centers and programs and shall make observations and perform technical analysis associated with the contractor's performed risk program.
*Primary Responsibilities*

o Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
o Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risk
o Evaluate the probability and potential impact of risks
o Audit processes and procedures
o Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
o Evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change
o Support and management of necessary communications activities related to change management
o Elevate employees' risk awareness and train them when necessary
o Degree in business, management or related field, and 4+ years of relevant experience
o Knowledge of project management best practices
o Knowledge of risk assessment and control
o Ability to identify and resolve problems at an early stage
o Well-developed listening, communication, and decision-making skills
o Experience as a Risk Manager
o Strong computer research skills
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o ITIL Foundations Certification
